Incomplete or non-compliant submissions will pause the delivery timeline until corrected files are received.
7. No Guarantee of Results
RLD guarantees a thorough and professional audit process. Results depend entirely on the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the documentation provided by the client. RLD does not guarantee the discovery of revenue leakage in every audit. The absence of findings indicates no discrepancies were detected within the submitted documents during the reviewed period.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of manual professional services, payments are non-refundable once analysis has commenced. If RLD is unable to deliver the report within the agreed timeframe due to reasons within RLD's control, the client is entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the agreed delivery date confirmed via email by RLD.
